周末带娃去崂山百丽实在的儿童乐园玩，玩饿了就开到铭家私房菜了。现在这个时期比较敏感，所以带家人吃饭还是讲究一点。丽达走过去很近便，不用十分钟，小别墅院很明显，院子里面有个水池，里面除了锦鲤外还有条非常大的鱼，可以吃完饭剩下的馒头来喂一下。一进门点餐，人少点的不多，黄鱼是活的，要了一条油泼。人少在三楼的阁楼单间里面，空调开的很足，可舒服了。服务很好，及时换骨碟。上菜也比较快，整体口味不错，加了桂花酱的酸奶更好吃。大红肠味道不错，但是配的火烧太硬了，不对味。

铭家私房菜位于青岛崂山区燕岭路，处于崂山金家岭金融区腹地，周边均为商务区和住宅区。周围地理环境一般停车比较困难，建议步行，酒店所处位置一般，先对容易找到。本店属于私房菜类别，菜馆汇中主推菜品食材主要以海鲜、青岛地方特色土菜为主，口味偏咸、鲜。蔬菜品种也是挑选有机蔬菜类佐青岛地方土特产烹制而成。商务类用餐和家庭品质类用餐可以选择这里。酒店环境良好，属于独栋别墅，有小院，用餐环境也是走复古风格，有些别样的用餐体验。本次试吃的菜品有青岛味道、刀鲜、椒麻海虾等菜品。通过尝试青岛特色海鲜和川菜做法的结合感觉本店的做法是比较成功的，让海鲜表面有了更多味觉变化内里不失海货的鲜味。另外肉菜类选取品尝了烤肘子，肘子在腌制、熏烤后上桌从色、香、味几点来看是相当诱人的。菜馆想到食客会因为肘子吃多太腻还附赠了酸甜小菜来解腻非常用心。菜馆因为客人较多，服务人员较少全程的服务表现一般，不太能及时服务。
